Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

How to withdraw

Send a clear statement to info@pipbear.eu — an email saying you are withdrawing is enough. Then return the goods within 14 days of telling us.

We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, by the method you paid with.

Where it does not apply

Goods made to your specification are excluded, under Art. 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive. A name stamp is cut with the name you entered and cannot be resold, so a change of mind is not a reason we can accept for one.

This does not touch your rights if the item is faulty, or if we cut the wrong name. In that case we remake it and pay postage both ways.
